"Ok... I wanted to wait a few months after my mom moved in to give a review. Here goes:
Mason, the gentleman who worked with my family from the start, was FANTASTIC! His patience with our ignorance was above and beyond.
The staff is incredible and always smiling...not the fake smile evidenced by the lack of "eye crinkle," but actual pleasantness.
Their intent to be better is demonstrated in Miss Angela's Email updates that include not only the MANY positives but also recognize areas of improvement. To be honest, I'm tired of only hearing about only rainbows and unicorns and glad to hear of the negative things that they intend to correct. Transparency builds trust! Nicely done, Miss Angela.
I'll finish with a comparison... I cannot adequately express how much happier and better taken care of my mother, Barb, is compared to her previous "care" facility. I owe you, the workers taking such amazing care of my beautiful mother, a debt that I can't repay...thank you all."
"There isn't anything negative that I can say about the Traditions of Hilliard. It's a beautiful, clean facility. Everything is very convenient. Every room has its own washer and dryer. It's a very nice, cozy place as far as I can tell. It's bright and pretty. I didn't meet very many staff members, but the ones I did meet were very friendly. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable and at home there. The layout of the rooms is nice."
"Visited a family friend that has since moved to this community. I could not have been more impressed! The community is beautiful and the staff is caring and attentive. Our friends were thrilled to share all of the activities and special outings that they had scheduled for the month. It was sweet to see how excited they were. I highly recommend this community!"

"Dignity, respect and compassion. For me three very important words used to describe how my father was treated by the wonderful caregivers and staff at the Hilliard Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. Very late in my father's remarkable life he became in need of 24 hour professional care. I am so thankful I discovered Hilliard AL and MC as I couldn't have asked for, or found, a better facility for him. The level of care he received was top-notch but he truly was treated with dignity, respect and compassion which I know he greatly appreciated as did I."
"Hilliard Assisted Living & Memory Care is simply the best in every way! Excellent services, top-notch care, but most importantly, absolutely wonderful people. This place was an answered prayer for our parents. Affordable, yet spacious and beautifully decorated, this facility quickly felt like home for Mom and Dad. They rave about the food choices and the new friends they have made. And we have peace of mind knowing that they are safe and secure in their new home!"

"Hilliard Assisted Living & Memory Care was a beautiful place. I would move in there myself. They were very nice, very helpful, and very good about not pushing it but being available. There's a hair and nail salon, a gym, and a community room with a kitchen. There's a movie theater room and a private dining room. There's a snack bar with cookies, coffee, or wine."
